Playing your iPod or iPhone
1. Line up the connector on the iPod or iPhone with the
connector on the dock. Firmly insert the iPod or iPhone
into the dock.
The iPod or iPhone will charge while docked.
Note: If your iPod or iPhone has a case, you may need to
remove the case in order to properly dock the iPod or iPhone.
2. Press the Play/Pause button on the SoundDock system
remote. The remote controls system functions and basic
iPod or iPhone functions.
Note: Be sure the music application on your iPod or iPhone is
open and ready to play.
3. Adjust the volume using the SoundDock III remote or the
volume controls on the iPod or iPhone.

system.

Playlist select
Moves to the next
or previous playlist.
Play/Pause
Halts and resumes
play.
