Checking What’s in the Playlist Deleting the Last Item in the Playlist

While playback is stopped, press
the [DISPLAY] button repeatedly
until “P-n” appears on the dis-
play (“n” being the item number).
On the following display, the playlist
contains a total of 16 tracks, the last one
being track #8 in folder #12 of disc #1.

Use the [ ]/[ ] buttons to
scroll through the playlist.
The disc number, folder number, and
track number for each item in the play-
list are displayed.
In the following example, item #2 con-
tains track #4 of disc #2.

When you’ve finished, press the
STOP [ ] button.

To delete the last item in the play-
list, while playback is stopped,
press the [CLEAR] button.
The last item in the playlist is deleted.
To cancel memory playback,
press the [MEMORY] button
repeatedly to turn the MEMORY
indicator off.
The Memory function is turned off and
the entire playlist is deleted.
If you are using the Random function
with memory playback, you need to
turn it off (i.e., press the [RANDOM]
button) before you cancel memory
playback.
